You will have 3 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item.
Your product must be un-used.
The product must be in its original packaging.
You should have the proof of purchase or the receipt.
The product should not be damaged/defective in any way.
Reason of return for replacement of product should be valid.
Steps to follow to return product.
Check if your product meets all requirements
Call the Safi Impex helpline and request a return
Pack items and attach the return label
Your returned item will be Quality Checked
If validated and Quality Check passes, your product will be replaced with the exact same product OR
You can request to replace your product with any other product of same price
Can I request a replace my returned product with any other product?
If you prefer to replace your product, just let our Customer Service executive know your choice and we will call you as soon as your initial product has been received and we have looked into availability of the replacement product.
